Renters insurance is not required, but we strongly recommend it. It can help you repair or replace your personal property due to many types of damage or theft. Rental insurance ranges from about $12 to $20 per month and you are welcome to use any company you prefer. WC Smith property insurance will not cover your belongings.
 

At City Towns, residents are responsible for electricity and cable or internet service.  WC Smith will handle all water, sewer, gas, and trash fees.
